After years managing hotels with Iberostar and founding Hotel Estepona Plaza, I kept seeing the same pattern: exceptional properties, mediocre management. Owners who didn't know what they earned or what they spent. Guests paying luxury rates for a holiday-apartment experience.
Owners deserved hotel operations. Guests deserved hotel service. Seda was the answer.
