  • From the property or Contact form, with your dates, number of guests and the services you want. A SEDA specialist confirms availability and proposes a tailored programme within 24 hours.

  • Yes. Before arrival we activate your preferences and, during your stay, everything is requested from the Guest App. We coordinate private chef, massages, transfers, reservations and curated local experiences.

  • With smart access and self-guided check-in. You will receive detailed instructions in the Guest App and, if you prefer, an in-person welcome from the SEDA team.

  • Access, property guide, instant concierge, real-time request log, local recommendations and direct communication with SEDA. Available in Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.

  • A single channel: the Guest App. The operations team receives the request in SEDA OS and coordinates the response immediately. 24/7 assistance in the local language.
